1. Place the grand structure, railings, and staircase. Set the bone structure for Dreamy Room Flower Mansion Level 3. Snap pink corner columns to the ground floor terrace's outer edges, then run white balustrade railings along the front and left edges, leaving gaps for stairs and a garden arch. Add a central staircase rising to the mezzanine bedroom, aligning its landing with the mid-point of the right wall. Under the landing, reserve storage space. Add a short balcony ledge with white railing on the second floor; this will host the outdoor bath. Mount tall arched right-wall windows and triangular gables with rose windows.
2. Place the parlor sofa set and coffee service. On the lower-left terrace, arrange a red crescent sofa facing inward. Position a round coffee table with a pastel cake stand, teapot, cups, and macarons. Add a small square silver screen/console near the front-right column. Tuck a pink ottoman beside the sofa's right arm, and add colorful pillows. Flank the nook with two cone-shaped topiary shrubs inside the front corners. Clip short garland trims to the railing behind the sofa.
3. Place the dining corner and greenery under the balcony. Behind the parlor, assemble a round wooden dining table with four carved chairs. Rotate two to face outward. Place a clipped hedge/tree in a planter between two arched windows on the left wall and hang a golden wall clock to its right. In the extreme lower-left corner, install a pink swing-seat under a columned canopy. Lace rose vines along the columns and railing.
4. Place the floral entry arch and fountain. On the heart-shaped front platform, center a circular fountain.
