1. Place the street edge, lamp posts, and string lights along the left and bottom curb. Begin by framing the scene with a stone curb around the grass edge. Add three tall black lamp posts: one near the bottom-left corner, one mid-left beside the bannered stall, and one near the tuk-tuk along the bottom edge. Anchor two strings of golden lights along the left rail and bottom walkway, ensuring the bulbs sag gently between anchors. Incorporate low teal posts with garlands beneath the upper-left balcony. This foundation is crucial for guiding your placement grid.
2. Build the right-side sushi bar with a blue roof, hedge, and stairs. Position the Japanese bar first on the back-right platform. Set the indigo-tiled roof with a striped blue-and-white awning facing front. Pin an oversized salmon nigiri ornament on the roof's left edge and add a tiny chimney. Align the counter with four small wooden stools under the awning, seat two customers, and stand the cat chef behind the grill. Add three green bottles on the bar shelf and lantern sconces on both sides. Border the platform with a trimmed green hedge and attach the brown wooden stair at the front-right corner.
3. Install the central red-tile food hall and lantern gallery. Center the main hall just left of the sushi bar. Position the stall with deep red roof tiles and tuck the counter beneath. Hang glowing string lights across its front. Inside, align serving pans and trays; outside, place a hugging cat couple in front of the red roof, slightly offset. Behind them, snap on blue stairs and a guardrail leading to the takoyaki corner.

6. Populate the street-food plaza. Park the tuk-tuk cart at front-center, align the snack counter, and attach the takoyaki corner with a yellow sign and lucky cat. Arrange café tables on the bottom right, with red-and-green condiment bottles and a menu board on the right table.
