Step-by-Step Guide

1. Lay the track and dock the train at the front-right platform. Place the wooden rails along the front edge and sweep them rightward behind the passenger car. Dock the red steam locomotive facing left, ensuring its red cowcatcher is just behind the platform's corner. Couple the coal wagon and the passenger coach, aligning the coach windows with the track's curve. Add a wooden signpost in the sand, next to the cowcatcher.
2. Build the left porch, canopy, stairs, and hitch the ponies. Erect the porch posts on the left, hang the lantern, and cap with a slanted canopy roof pointing toward the ponies. Set the staircase from the front center, climbing back-left. Place a half-barrel and side table with a cloth under the landing. Position two saddled ponies under the canopy, ready to be rented.
3. Arrange the ground-floor store: stools, counter, hat display, signs, and shelves. Put a rug beneath the staircase with stools facing the counter. Seat a cat at the counter with a mug, place a second nearby, along with mugs and a bottle on the bar table. Center the wooden island display with a cowboy hat, and add a "SALE" sign angled toward the train. Install a cubby shelf with a bottle, mugs, and a shirt/towel along the right wall.
4. Fill the right wall with notices, lantern shelf, cactus, and frames. Hang a bulletin board with notices above eye level. Beneath it, mount a wall shelf with a lantern, picture frames, and a cactus. Ensure the exterior lantern is on the far-right post, balancing the scene.
5. Build the balcony rail and flower planters; place the standing cowboy cat. Run the balustrade around the balcony with planters and vines inside the rail. Add a rug slightly right of center and stand the cowboy cat on it, facing the stairs.
6. Furnish the upper lounge: window, sconces, bottle shelf, table set, cabinets, and art. Install a window with sconces on each side. Mount a bottle shelf with bottles and a jug. Below, set a table with chairs, mugs, and a revolver. Add a cabinet with cacti and a lantern on top, hang a longhorn skull picture above it, and place a log planter high on the wall. Raise the "Station" sign outside the rail.
